socio-cultural trend of the meanings of well-being, self-care and balance in contemporary life that emerge in digital spaces mediated by applications.<br \/>\nBased on platform studies, a mixed methodology is used to analyze dynamics and practices that reflect whether wellness management is shaped or driven by the growing supply and adoption of apps, moving towards a platformization of health. <\/p>\n<p>WellApp is a project hosted by NOVA University Lisbon and supported by the iNOVA Media Lab.<br \/>\nIt is funded as part of a project grant (ICNOVA\/UIDB\/004\/2022\/WellApp) under the auspices of the research unit Instituto de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da NOVA (ICNOVA).
